We have a team focused on keeping track of updates to regulations and we link every piece of regulation to the original website. In case we have missed something, you have the ability to upload the necessary document yourself.
What file types do you work with?
We are specialised in working with AEC files like PDFs, DOCs, Images and Spreadsheets and certain BIM files.
Can Tektome work within my company’s private server or on-premise system?
Yes. By default, we operate securely on the cloud (Microsoft Azure). For clients with strict data requirements, we offer private cloud or on-premise deployment options, keeping AI models up to date.
How is Tektome different from ChatGPT or other Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems?
Tektome optimises your AEC data through pre-processing (for structure) and post-processing (for accuracy), while maintaining strict data isolation. Unlike public AI systems, we do not fine-tune on your data, ensuring privacy and eliminating hallucinations.
Is my data used to train your AI models?
No. Your company data remains private and siloed. We do not use client data for model training, and each customer’s environment is fully segregated for security.

Our main consumers are architects and engineers. However people in different positions may use our platform in different usecases. For example architects may use this to sort through regulations, meeting notes, company standards, knowledge from past projects. A personnel from the Quality Management team would focus more on past mark ups, issues experienced in past projects. Users are able to customize and access the information in their need.
