Our Mission
Construction costs due to architectural design errors are estimated to be more than 100 trillion yen annually. Tectom has developed an AI platform to assist architectural designers to realize a more efficient and high-quality architectural design process.

Founder & CEO
Naoki Kitamura
After dropping out of high school, he began programming at the age of 16 and started his own business at 17.
After entering a Canadian university, he dropped out after two years and returned to Japan.
In 2014, he founded Incubit Inc.
Launched a surgical support AI startup and spun out (MBO).
Sold a subsidiary that develops infrastructure inspection AI to a major publicly traded company.
In 2023, he spun out Tektome Inc. and became its president. -
Co-Founder & CTO
Francis Hamilton
Holds a master's degree in Artificial Intelligence and Automation from the Technical University of Denmark.
Engaged in research on artificial intelligence at the University of Tokyo and subsequently RIKEN Center for Integrated Research on Innovative Intelligence.
At Rakuten Institute of Technology, he is engaged in research on artificial intelligence in the field of robotics.
He joined Incubit in 2019 and helped launch Tektome.
Since 2024, he has been a director and CTO of Tektome.
Comprised of expert personnel including certified architects, AI engineers, and bilingual project managers from over 10 different countries.
