Founder & CEO

Naoki Kitamura

At the age of 16, he began programming, and by 17, he had already launched his first business. He later enrolled in a Canadian university but chose to leave after two years, returning to Japan to pursue entrepreneurship.

In 2014, he founded Incubit Inc., driving innovation in AI-driven solutions. He later launched a surgical support AI startup, successfully leading its spin-out through an MBO. Additionally, he oversaw the sale of a subsidiary specializing in infrastructure inspection AI to a major publicly traded company.

In 2023, Naoki founded Tektome Inc., where he currently serves as president, continuing to push the boundaries of AI technology.

Founding CTO

Francis Hamilton

Francis holds a master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence and Automation from the Technical University of Denmark. His research on artificial intelligence led him to the University of Tokyo and later to the RIKEN Center for Integrated Research on Innovative Intelligence.

At Rakuten Institute of Technology, he focused on AI research in the field of robotics before joining Incubit in 2019, where he played a key role in launching Tektome.

Since 2024, he has served as Director and CTO of Tektome Inc., driving advancements in AI and automation.

Technical Product Lead

GaDii Jian

Joined Incubit in 2017. Work in Taiwan office as Lead Web Engineer.
Strong field : Product development, DevOps
Achievement : Developed web and mobile apps in various fields.

AI Engineer

Leopold David

Joined Incubit in 2019. After starting as an intern, works as an AI engineer.
Graduating from a MS (signal and image processing major) in France, studying at Osaka University and carrying out deep learning research at the National Institute of Informatics.
Strong field : Deep Learning, Image Generation
Achievement : Doing AI R&D with a focus on image generation, especially solving new problems with Generative Adversarial Networks.

AI Research Engineer

Rayan Elleuch

Joined Incubit in 2016. Works as Lead AI Engineer.
Coming from a mechatronic background, then specialized in artificial intelligence, Rayan is the first AI engineer helping Incubit transition to an AI company.
Strong field : Artificial Intelligence, Machine learning, Motion Analysis, Robotics
Achievement : Since joining the company till now, able to work on and gaining experience on a wide variety of industries.

Customer Success Manager

Julia Ryan

Joined Incubit in 2019. Work as a project manager.
Have experience in working for a Japanese gaming company as a translator and interpreter. Later experienced managing projects that required translation and interpretation. Specialized in project management, annotation management, translation and interpretation between Japanese⇄English, and currently in charge of managing AI projects including annotation.

Backoffice: General Admin Specialist

Miki Namekata

Worked for a foreign electric parts manufacturer for many years, and experienced sales and project management, secretary to the general manager of the sales division, and general affairs. After working as a Tokyo 2020 Games management staff, she started working at Incubit in October 2021.

Have worked in the Business Administration Department of a general electronics manufacturer and an accounting consulting firm.
Back office manager, in charge of finance and accounting, and business administration.

In his previous job, he worked for a consulting firm, where he was involved in a series of tasks related to travel e-commerce sites.
