Tektome Corporation (Head Office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Naoki Kitamura; hereafter “the Company”), an AI solution company for architectural design work, has adopted the Company’s LLM*1 AI system (hereafter “HASEGAWA AI (headquartered in Minato-ku, Tokyo; Kazuo Ikegami, President & CEO; hereinafter “HASEGAMI”) has adopted our architectural design AI platform “Tektome ‘*2 as the foundation for the LLM*1 AI system (hereinafter ’HASEGAMI AI System”).

Our architectural design AI platform “Tektome” is an AI platform capable of building structured data from all kinds of unstructured data related to architectural design. With prompt instructions in Japanese, designers can build a structured database of architectural designs faster, simpler, and more accurately than with conventional systems.

The HASEGAWA AI system built on Tektome is intended to further promote HASEGAWA’s Digital Transformation (DX) using HASEGAWA’s version of BIM*3. The system aims to reduce the time required for designers to input data and check drawings by 50% by (1) building a database that integrates data held by “HASEGAI BIM” and various data held outside of BIM, (2) building a quality check function using design specification data, and (3) building an automatic design function using language instructions, in stages. This will enable a 50% reduction in the time required for designers to input data and check drawings.

In addition to advancing the research and development of the Tektome architectural design AI platform, the Company will also promote the research and development of the Haseko AI system in collaboration with Haseko to create an environment in which human manual work is transferred to AI-based work and work that should be done by humans can be done more efficiently.
